Very disappointed to receive flowers via interflora . Ordered by my niece in Australia via Westend Florist.
This was to give comfort to me after my Great Grandson aged 2 passed away
I realise that this would have been expensive for my niece. Previously she has sent me flowers by a different florist and they have always been stunning.
These were poor by comparison. Very upset

It was one of the worst flowers I have seen. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my friend's birthday; it looked nothing like the picture. It was an absolute disappointment and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Got flowers for my wife for our anniversary and the started dying the next day more foliage than flowers emailed.you 5 time.to complain and haven't heard anything back tried phoning amd it says the number is unobtainable paid £52 for half dead flowers and nobody from the company seem bothered

Complaint no response to complaint made on 23/12/24 information sent as requested please call me asap re delivery of a Christmas planter which was which was delivered - all the plants had been damaged in transit and soil turned out of the planter , totally ruined . Not in pristine condition as promised in your information sheet.

Flowers were sent to the United States and I was very happy with the service. The flowers were beautiful and outstanding. I couldnt fault anything at all.

On reflection, the problem was with the Delivery Company, who was 4 days late delivering. Interflora
emailed and apologized and did

Dissatisfaction with order
By coincidence I turned up at my sisters house the same time as the florist delivered my flowers, they were nothing like the advertised bouquet and no where near the quality I was expecting for the price I paid. Due to the recipient never complaining and the sender very rarely seeing their order I am led to believe the florist can send whatever they want

Bogus charge on my debt card for $346.03 plus border fee of $3.46
I live in Minnesota, USA there is a charge on my card for $346.03 with a border fee of $3.46
This is not my charge. Looks like it was made on 9/27/24 and posted on 9/30/24.
My card has been compromised .
I have canceled it.
Can you tell me anything about this charge? How do I get a refund for theses charges?

My membership has recently expired, but trying to contact them to renew and order birthday flowers to send abroad, is a nightmare.
At one point I was given an 0300 number, but that was for funeral flowers !
I decided to go to visit a local florist instead. They got it sorted, thank goodness.

No star for for the company
Just a ripped off, they are displaying flower arrangements for international delivery, they got the money from my account and then you hear from them near the delivery date a day before delivery that local florist cannot source the flowers locally and they give you single option or return the money. Very poor service, cannot even give a picture of possible option of flower arrangement, very money orientated company. They added that instead of 73 pounds worth of item, they claimed that the red roses instead cost 100 pounds sterling, complete lie.

Spent £122 on what was meant to be a luxury bouquet of flowers, which was meant to have 25 white roses in. Although when the recipient received the flowers, there was about 10 *** roses.

I have sent flowers to wrong address
I have put the wrong delivery address and need to change it. The flowers are a birthday gift and are due to be delivered tomorrow.
Please help as they are a birthday gift which is tomorrow. The recipient has been very ill and these are to cheer her up and improve her mental wellbeing.
I need to change the address.

The website was difficult to navigate around to find what I needed. I would have preferred to speak to someone or find a contact number. Using with the website was very time consuming!
