No success in contacting Interflora who I need to speak to urgently

I need to get a message to Inteflora. I lost the connection when picking up the code from my e-mail. Have gone back to get another code, but when hitting 'verify' the message would not send. I tried to repeat, but got the message I can not send further messages today. I am not impressed. Probably will never use Interflora again as you cannot now SPEAK to someone by phone. Preferred solution: I want to ensure my e-mail re the revised address has been acknowledged & will be acted upon. As I ordered the flowers in the name of my Manager as she requested, Interflora will not liaise with me re the change of address due to Data Protection!

Spent £122 on what was meant to be a luxury bouquet of flowers, which was meant to have 25 white roses in. Although when the recipient received the flowers, there was about 10 *** roses.

Resolved: Flowers delivered through my son in Florida which did not resemble the photo he chose. In fact they would have cost £10 at Tesco!! He contacted Interflora but have had no response.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed the company concerned explaining that what arrived did not resemble the items in the photograph so they kindly sent another one.

Flowers sent did not resemble what my son ordered. He contacted Interflora but has not had any response. I was told by the flower shop that I have to take my complaint direct to Interflora but when I try and log on to any of their sites nothing appears. Will not be using them again. Order placed and delivered on 15.1.24. The order number is 643839****00

To complain

The flowers i recieved started wilting after three days and was not impressed with them to start with, one of the heads fell off while being unpacked. Phoned sister Mary flowers in 95a st Clair street Kirkcaldy ky12bs and didn't get good customer service and was told she didn't have time to deal with this issue and no mention of wanting to replace them when took them back to the shop .hope you can resolve this complaint for me

The company cancelled my order the morning of Valentines. They did not offer me any alternatives, nor did they leave me with enough time to arrange something else. It was extremely disappointing. This is not a reliable company and I recommend not using them.

The telephone number was not active. So i have not been able to speak to them yet I have used this company in the past and was very satisfied then. However i cant work with a company that does not have a method of speaking to a person to sort out a simple issue

Failed delivery

The flowers I ordered failed to be delivered today, which I specified and chose so they would arrive today, on Valentines Day, I have received no email about it, the recipient (whose phone number I was required to give) was not notified. Nothing has happened and now its the end of Valentines Day and they have no flowers.

Flowers booked for Friday 10 November 2023 arrived Saturday late pm. There were 7 flowers half dead. Disgusting bunch of flowers which for the price of £51.30 plus delivery rip off. Mostly greenery. Sunday they were almost dead. I want a full refund of £58.30 or i will take this matter to trading standards. Please advise your next action by return. Linda Sexton

Flowers requested for a new and first baby welcome home flowers. Asked for white lilies and pinks in something that would suit the occasion (babylike)and now angry at the presentation...no white lilies, pink roses etc and boxed with interflora newspaper ? Not a great advertisement for the florist you use or the Interflora name. I am a subscriber and would hope someone will have the decency to telephone call me and offer me an explanation! Both mother and baby were seriously ill during and after the birth and what was sent to welcome them home was ridiculous!!! Jennifer Salt.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They reimbursed me for the flowers I cancelled but I ordered two bouquets and they refunded the smaller bunch not the correct,more expensive one. Still, better than nothing
