New ReviewerGood Afternoon.I have received a basket of flowers from my son and daughter-in-law today as its a special birthday
Cant tell you how disappointed I was when I opened the box ,The two plants that should of been in the basket were in the bottom of the box it arrived in and the soil was everywhere but were it should be ,
I rang my son to thank him but had to explain how shocked and disappointed I was as I knew that wouldnt of been what he had ordered.so they sent me a picture of what I should of received and I sent them one Back of what I got .
It upset me so much that my family who have suffered greatly through this pandemic losing there jobs had used money they can ill afford on a pile of dirt. I await your response to this complaint. Jacqueline Barrett
